According to a new study, sleep hours play a much bigger role in long-term health than you might think. The Biobank study in the UK was conducted by following approximately 88,000 adults for six years.

The study found that those who regularly slept between 10-11pm had the lowest risk of heart disease. Those who slept after midnight had a 25% higher risk, while those who went to bed very early also saw a similar increase.
Experts state that this is related to the circadian rhythm. It is stated that sleeping too early or too late can negatively affect heart health by putting pressure on hormone cycles, blood pressure and metabolism.
Sleeping regularly and at the right times can make a big difference to your heart and overall health.
